Jetmaster Fireplaces Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 28, 2025.

  1. Overview
    1. The Jetmaster Fireplaces Referral Program (“Program”) allows eligible customers (“Referrers”) to refer friends (“Referred Customers”) for a $500 credit each toward a Jetmaster fireplace or accessory purchase. By participating, both parties agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  2. Eligibility
    1. Referrer: Must be an existing Jetmaster Australia customer in good standing, aged 18 or older.
    2. Referred Customer: Must be a new customer to Jetmaster, aged 18 or older and must not have been previously referred by another customer.
    3. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
  3. Referral Process & Qualification
    1. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral program page.
    2. A valid referral occurs once the Referred Customer completes a qualifying purchase of any Jetmaster fireplace, as specified by Jetmaster.
    3. Each Referred Customer may only be referred once. Only the first valid referral will count.
  4. Rewards & Redemption
    1. Upon qualifying purchase, both Referrer and Referred Customer will receive a $500 store credit.
    2. The Referrer may apply their credit toward any future Jetmaster fireplace or accessory purchase.
    3. The Referred Customer may apply their $500 credit toward the purchase of a new Jetmaster fireplace or any accessory of their choice.
    4. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    5. Jetmaster reserves the right to void any credits obtained fraudulently or through misuse.
  5. Fraud & Abuse
    1. Jetmaster reserves the right to cancel referrals or credits suspected of being fraudulent. Any evidence of manipulation – such as fake submissions, improper credentials, or bot-generated entries may result in disqualification from the Program.
  6. Program Modification & Termination
    1. Jetmaster may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
    2. Any credits issued before changes take effect will retain their original validity.
    3. Continued participation implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
  7. Privacy
    1. Information collected through the Program will be processed in accordance with Jetmaster’s Privacy Policy. You consent to the storage and use of personal data for referral tracking and communication.
  8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
    1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jetmaster’s liability related to this Program is limited to the value of credits awarded. Participants agree to indemnify Jetmaster against claims or liabilities arising from their participation or breach of these Terms.
  9. Governing Law
    1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jetmaster operates. Any disputes will be resolved through applicable courts in that jurisdiction.
